Who We Are
Family Promise of Monroe County

Our Mission
Our mission is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.
How We Do It
We, in Monroe County, are a non-profit organization that offers homeless prevention and diversion, shelter, and stabilization. Our prevention program is designed to prevent a family from becoming homeless and our diversion program provides an alternative to shelter when a family is already experiencing homelessness. Our shelter program is a rotational program that offers safe and secure shelter to families for up to 90 days. Lastly, our stabilization program is continued support for a family after they have found housing.
